In the sacred silence of farewell, Constantine is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his spouse Panagiota "Nota" Eleftheriades; and his siblings, Fifi Eleftheriades and Elpida Pelekis. He is survived by: his sons, Anthony Eleftheriades (Franca) and George Eleftheriades (Lauren); and his grandchildren, Constantine "Dean", Anthony, Noah, Julia and Calvin.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Di Chiara Funeral Home (300 Main St, Lodi, NJ 07644). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the same location.
