He was predeceased by: his son George Evtuch. He is survived by: his wife Gladys; his children, Teresa Brucato, Chuck Evtuch Jr. and Rosalie Olechowski; and his sister Donna Maher. He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
