The memory of Charles A. Alberts of Lodi, New Jersey, born in Passaic, New Jersey, who passed away on April 6, 2025 at the age of 74, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Alberts and Rose Alberts; his godfather Jerry Wyse; and his siblings, Charlotte Ossman, George, Thomas Alberts, Anna McMahon, Rose DiSalvo and James.
He is survived by: his significant other MaryAnn Alberts; his daughters, Trish Reid (Sam), Stephanie Principato (Salvatore) and Elaine (EK); his brother-in-law Tony Chiodo; his sister Mary Wyse; his grandchildren, Stacey (Mooch), Salvatore, Bryan (Sarah), Lauren, Nathan, Kayla, Colton, Lucy, Lexi, Sam, Cody, Tyler, Kimberlee, Anthanei and Christopher; his great grandchildren, Bryan (Little Man), Piper, Pierce, Parker, Haillie and Madison; and his goddaughters, Dawn and Megan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, the Indorato Family, cousins and special friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Aloia Funeral Home (180 Harrison Ave, Garfield, NJ 07026). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM and from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, monetary donations can be made to the family.
