She is survived by: her husband Thomas Syrek; her brothers, Charles Kayser (Vickie) and Gary Kayser; her siblings-in-law, Bob Syrek (Jane) and Carroll Onischuk (Robert); and her nephew Michael Onischuk.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research.
