She was predeceased by: her son Joseph. She is survived by: her husband Salvatore; her children, Nancy Salerno (John Zebrowski), Peter Salerno (Ellen) and Mary Gorga (Ralph); her siblings, Bill Leto (Kim), Louie Leto (Michelle), Sal Leto and Fran Flores (Bill); and her grandchildren, Rosalie Maggiore-Scarpulla (Riccardo), Kevin Salerno, Ashley Gorga and Jaclyn Salerno.

The Salerno family is accepting mass cards, monetary donations, or flowers in memory of Carmela.
