He was predeceased by: his parents, Anestis Kales and Dialekti Vouzianis; and his sister Panagiota Vekris. He is survived by: his significant other Diane Manno; his daughters, Patricia Seugling (Paul), Katerina Kales and Kimberly Weinrich (James Francaviglia); his grandchildren, Antonia, Sofia, Lucas and Ella; his nephew Lambros Vekris; and his friends, Theodora and Nikolaos Leriou.
