He was predeceased by: his parents, Laroy Wheeler and Elizabeth Wheeler (Johnston); and his brother Carl Westling. He is survived by: his wife Madeline Wheeler (Simone); his children, Robert (Lisa Wheeler), Alexandra (Jon Everett) and Ted (Laurie Wheeler); his brothers, Jim (Dorothy Westling) and Pat Westling (Larry Westling); and his grandchildren, Violet, Charlotte, Libby, Hugh, Olivia and Emily.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Ted's memory to the American Heart Association.
