He was predeceased by: his parents, James Fitzsimmons and Anne Fitzsimmons; his brothers, James Fitzsimmons and Richard Fitzsimmons; and his sisters-in-law, Patricia Fitzsimmons and Barbara Fitzsimmons.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Riely; his children, Michael, Mark and Barbara Kirkpatrick (David); his grandchildren, Colin, Erin, Daniel and Xavier; his sister Nancy Fitzsimmons; his sister-in-law Peggy Fitzsimmons; and also Joseph Fitzsimmons. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, good friends, and wonderful neighbors.
