He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his sisters, Victoria Ciambrone and Gloria Soldo; his children, Dawn Edwards (Monte), Anthony Codispoti (Michelle), Debbie Pantaleone (Alfred) and Nicole Codispoti; and his grandchildren, Nicole, Danielle, Alexandra, Sarah, Emma, Jordan, Nicholas, Corrado, Allegra and Michael. He is also survived by his loving wife, children, grandchildren and many close friends.

In Lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in Nick's name to St Jude Children's research hospital.
