He is survived by: his mother Kathleen Brooks; his wife Amy (Johnson); his sons, Ryan and Carter; his brothers, Robert (Claire Passarella), Thomas (Kristen Johnson), Edward (Karen Cox) and Patrick (Elizabeth Cox); his nieces and nephews, Connor, Gillian, William, Elizabeth, Katie, Alexander and Josh; and also, Taylor, Rebekah and Samantha.
