He was predeceased by: his parents, Patsy Mazzucca and Mildred Mazzucca (Bruno); his wife Donna; his siblings, Hantie Chieffalo and Ralph Mazzucca; and his son-in-law Tom Sleavin.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Wheaton (David), Amy Sleavin, Fred Mazzucca Jr. (JoAnn) and Matthew Mazzucca. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
