Elaine Danzig Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elaine Danzig of Little Silver, New Jersey, born in Charleroi, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 13, 2024 at the age of 92. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elaine Danzig to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Snyder and Gertrude Westerman Snyder; her husband Dr. Leonard S. Danzig; her siblings, Bernard Snyder and Muriel Gluckman; and her grandson Theodore.
She is survived by: her children, Allen Danzig (Lynn), Anne Schneider (Reed), Andrew Danzig (Nancy) and Robert Danzig (Lorraine); her grandchildren, Lauren, Jonathan, Mariel, Emily and Sophia; and her great grandchildren, Samuel, Levi and Michael.
Elaine was also active in volunteer work, serving on the Board of the local Planned Parenthood and as Chair of the Monmouth Arts Foundation, where she instituted Musicales, including fundraising concerts to fund student art scholarships.
