He was predeceased by: his spouse Grazia "Grace". He is survived by: his children, Janet Conlon (Edward) of West Milford, Karen Matarazzo of Little Falls, Peter Matarazzo (Fran) of Montville and Dina Mitchell (Thomas) of Bartlett, IL.; his grandchildren, Matthew, Nicholas, Lauren Conlon, Julia Jr and Peter Jr.; and his siblings, Isabella Matarazzo of Italy and Carmella Mazzei (Gaspare) of Italy.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in loving memory of Gus and Grace Matarazzo to the Fairfield Reformed Church, 360 Fairfield Rd., Fairfield, NJ 07004.
