He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward L. Seugling and Edith Alice Seugling Parker; and his sister Lynn Cruger. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline; his children, Carolyn Seugling Galvin (Andrew) of Severna Park, MD and Edward M. Seugling, MD (Lilly) of Keller, TX; and his grandchildren, Olivia Seugling, Conor Edward and Aiden Galvin.
