She was predeceased by: her husband William; her daughters, Janet Tenchka and Jeanne Daly; her parents, William Schmidt and Katherine Schmidt; her siblings, William Schmidt and Carolyn O'Dell; and her granddaughter Katie Daly.
She is survived by: her son Jon C. Hengeveld of Little Falls; her grandchildren, William Hengeveld, Heather and Christine Tenchka; and her great grandchildren, Michael Rypkin and Elizabeth Lewis.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Bizub-Parker Funeral Home (47 Main St, Little Falls, NJ 07424). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 8:45 PM at the same location. A prayer will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Laurel Grove Memorial Park (295 Totowa Rd, Totowa, NJ 07512).
