Smith; her brother Fredrick Eugene Main Jr.; her children, David (Susan), Daniel (Cindy), Scott (Cathie), Christina Giamanco (George) and Julie DeSalvo (Andrew); her grandchildren, Brian, Danielle, David Jr., Daniel Jr., Jamie, Michelle, Scott Jr., Nitikia, Dyami, Jesse, Samantha and Madison; her great grandchildren, Adalyn, Brynleigh, Harper and Dante; and her daughter Beth Smith.
Memorial donation to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society or the Eleventh Hour Rescue will be appreciated in lieu of flowers.
