He is survived by: his former wife Joan Buckley; his children, Michelle Martin (Sean), Janette Logan (Jeff), Elizabeth Shirley, Carl Heinert and Mary Mitchell; his grandchildren, Jade Distefano, Drew Mitchell (Mahalia), Jamie Armstrong (Jim), Brittany Welsh, Lauren Mitchell, Terance Mitchell, Julia Logan Kearns (Monroe), Joan Logan Palermo (Frankie), Micheal Shirley, Jessica Logan and Corinne Heinert; and his great grandchildren, Andrew, Lily, Drew, Violet, Aysia, Noah, Logan and Leni. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
