He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Cook (Gomboz) and Elvin Cook; and his sister Linda Wiel. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his daughters, Meredith of Allentown, NJ, Heather (Adam Berger) of Ambler, PA and Abigail (Richard Clark); his grandchildren, Thomas, Ruth Clark and Simon Cook; and his brothers, Dean Cook and Elvin Cook. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews.
