With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patrick Hoffman (Little Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey), born in Sunbury, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 4, 2022 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Harry C Hoffman; and his brothers, Steve and Mark Hoffman. He is survived by: his mother Stella Kalcich Hoffman; his wife Gloria "Jean" Zerbe; his children, Ryan (Patarin), Douglas and Caitlin; his grandchildren, Ian and Brooklyn; and his siblings, Ann and Joe (Carol).
