With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marie Zaccardi (Little Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey), who passed away on May 30, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sister Angela Szabo; her nieces, TerriAnn Truax (Nee Szabo) and Maria Bruno (Nee Szabo); and her parent Cape Cod. She is survived by: her significant other Rita Vareltgis; her brother Frank F. Zaccardi Jr. (Mary Zaccardi); her niece Michelle Ozgar (Nee Zaccardi); her great-nephews, Joseph and Michael; her great-niece Samantha; her niece Sandra Davis (Nee Zaccardi) of Greensboro, NC; her great-nephews, Corey and Anthony; her nephew Frank I. Zaccardi (Jessica); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jaslyn and Julie; her nephew Robert Szabo (Patricia) of Jackson, NJ; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Christina, Brittany and Robbie; her nephew Thomas Szabo (Bridget) of Freehold, NJ; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Taylor and Ryan. She is also survived by sibling, her many relatives and friends, and of course her two cats.
She was Baptized Catholic and in her adults life not particularly religious, however she did believe in God and the rewards of heaven to those who believed and practiced charity in personal assistance as well as monetary or material donations to worthy causes.
