He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; his parents, George F. Sr. and Helen; and his siblings, Florence, Helen and Thomas.
He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Currie (Paul Dioguardi) of Englishtown, NJ, George F. Currie and Joseph Currie (Shelley) of Jackson, NJ; his grandchildren, Colleen Ferenchak of Rahway, NJ, Amanda Currie of Connecticut, Patricia Currie of Connecticut, Tommy Currie of Connecticut, Shannon Currie of Maine and Katherine Werhan (Ben) of Pennsylvania; and his great grandchildren, Izzy and Maggie.
