She was predeceased by: her parents, Inez D'Orazio and Harry D'Orazio; her husband Charles; her daughter Donna L. Delaney; and her siblings, Inez, Yolanda, Louis and Harry.

She is survived by: her children, Charles E. DeVoe, III (April) and Laura A. Applegate (Chris); her sister Carole Bailey (Robert); her grandchildren, Wesley, Amy, Amanda, Chris, Danielle and Dustin; her great grandchildren, Madyson, Aria, Jake, Andrew, Alexa, Ava and Aiden; and her pet Peanut. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
