She is survived by: her sons, Jack Jr. of Pleasantville, Jerry (Christina) and Jay (Sue) of Hammonton; and her grandchildren, Johnny (Brianna), Jennifer Ellis (Rob), Jeff Smith Jr. (Tiffany), Mindi, Joey, Jay, Zac, Brooke, Trever, Gianna and Milania.
