He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his brother Phil; his sister-in-law Janet; his nieces and nephews, Emily, Robyn, Rachel, Jacob and Kenny; his great-niece Evelyn (Madelynn); his great-nephews, Lucas and Soren; his mother-in-law Margaret; his siblings-in-law, Michael and Donna; and his nieces, Megan and Stephanie.
