He is survived by: his wife Dorris; his daughters, Tracy Lukoff (David), Jolie Berges (Richard) and Nicole Scull (Tom); his grandchild Maria Campbell; his husband Michael; and his great grandchildren, Grace, Hannah, Rosalie, Eleanora Campbell, Jackelyn and Hudson Berges. He is also survived by his wife, daughters, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
