He is survived by: his wife Elaine Uy; his children, Michael Joseph, Jose Vicente, Jeremy Mitchell and Monique; his siblings, Antonio Uy and Christina Chua; his siblings-in-law, Grace Jumlani, Beth Brazone, Ann Gatmaytan and Roger Marigomen; and his grandsons, Aden Vincent and Phoenix.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart, 2249 Sore Rd., Linwood, NJ.
