He is survived by: his wife Diane; his son Joshua (Courtney); his granddaughters, Piper and Karsyn; his mother Diane Smith (Gary); his stepmother Pam Priestley; and his siblings, Jerry (Debbie), Brooke, Kelley (Lacey) and Melinda (Steve). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
