He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. and Josephine (Roberts). He is survived by: his sisters, Barbara Phillips and Dorothy Kinney; his wife Carolyn Duke (Onder); his children, James M. Duke (Laurie Jacober), Victoria Duke and Karen Thebold; his grandchildren, James Ryan Duke (Heather), Katherine Hauptman (Russell), Alex, Erin and Amanda Thebold; his great grandchildren, Charlotte Hauptman, James Gregory and Wyatt Duke; and his sister JoAnn Smith.
