It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elmslie Anne Schwiers of Linwood, New Jersey, born in Somers Point, New Jersey, who passed away on September 21, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmslie Higginbotham Knox and Eleanor Lippincott Knox; her husband William Anthony Schwiers; her siblings, Thomas Bayly Knox, Flora Knox Plumbo, Norma Knox Weber and Nancy Higginbotham Knox; and her granddaughters, Lauren Elizabeth Schwiers "Bye" and Samantha Davie Bye.
She is survived by: her siblings, John Somerville Knox (Joyce) and Eleanor Knox Plumbo; her children, Elizabeth Schwiers Bryant (Paul), Frederick William Schwiers (Helena Justmorgen), Elmslie "LeeAnne" Schwiers Bye (Allen), Caroline Schwiers Trueman and Nan Harrison; her grandchildren, Dr. Paul "Levi" Reginald Bryant (Cecily Priemer Bryant), Sarah Bryant Teets (William Teets), Wesley Scovell Bryant (Dara Vargo Bryant), Kimberly Schwiers Sheek (Scott Sheek), Devony Schwiers Yerkes (Bryon Yerkes), Dana Schwiers Tompson (Jeremy Tompson), Amanda Bye Eisenbeis (Kollin Eisenbeis), Matthew Allen Tyler Bye, William, Nikki Trueman and Caroline Lindsey Trueman (Jenna Risano); and her great grandchildren, Nathan Bryant Olson, Carter Wesley Bryant, Elizabeth Doris Bryant, Owen Reilly Bryant, Elmslie Grace Teets, Dylan Paul Teets, Ella Grace Teets, Adeline Samantha Davie Eisenbeis, Lillian Carla Eisenbeis, Rhea Ann Yerkes, Juliet Tompson, Liam and Rowen Trueman.
