He was predeceased by: his sister Carliss. He is survived by: his wife Sandy T. Alcoba; and his siblings, Walter, Carl (Jada), Isabelle Jones (Dorian), Diana Moore (James), Sonia Alcoba and Lela Fooks (Anthony). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association in honor of Eddie.
