She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Dan; her children, Tracy Rhine (John) and Chris Brestle (Bronwyn); her sister Patty Palmisano (Craig); and her grandchildren, Emily, Tyler, Addie and Maelle.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations be made to Cathy's favorite charity: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
