She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Heiser; her daughter Jill Heiser; her parents, Carl Rifice and Lena Rifice; and her nephew Jason Byrnes.

She is survived by: her daughters, Amy Heiser Carcione and Carly Heiser-Nath (Arjun); her sister Dianne Eshelman; her grandchildren, Camryn, Mia, Nicholas and Bodhi; her niece Jodi Piereth; her nephew John Byrnes; and her sister-in-law Linda Cicalese (Marge McDonald). She is also survived by many other cousins and close friends.
