She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur James Welch; and her son Craig Alan Welch. She is survived by: her sons, Lee Arthur Welch (Sarah Glosson) of Williamsburg, VA, Jeffrey Charles Welch (Susan) of Cumming, GA and Bruce Edward Welch of Ocean City, NJ; her grandsons, Calum, Aidan, Arthur James, Jordan, Tyler and Evan; and her great grandchild Beau.
