She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Clark and Marianne Clark; her brothers, Christopher Clark, James Clark and Patrick Clark; and her niece Amanda Clark.
She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Jay, Kira (Rodis Hernandez) and Alicia (Keven Stauffer); her brother Gerald Clark (Judy); and her grandchildren, Taylor, Andrew, Brielle and Joshua.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Anne's memory to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania to either Abramson Cancer Center, or The Penn Comprehensive ALS Center.
