He was predeceased by: his brother Harry J. Gerhardt. He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, William C. Gerhardt, Jr. and Elizabeth Anne McCormack (Terrance); and his siblings, Carolyn Caporale and Chris Gerhardt. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
