He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alberto Gil and Altagracia Mota; his wife Ramona Gil; his children, Soni Gil, Lawrence Gil (Lillina Spatola), Gustavo Gil and Gilberto Gil (Jose Rivera); his grandchildren, Tiffany Gil, Aiden Gil and King; and his siblings, Adriana Mota and Marino Mota.

Due to the current regulations, face masks must be worn, and attendance will be limited to follow all COVID-19 guidelines.
