She is survived by: her nephews, Blair Mullen (Kathy) of Voorhees Township, Raymond Mullen (Judy) of Nags Head and Edward Campbell (Pam) of Gibbsboro; and her great-nephews, Raymond of Lindenwold and Shawn (Janet) of Blackwood.

Patricia was a devout animal lover - in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the AWA of Voorhees Township at 509 Centennial Blvd. Voorhees NJ 08043.
