He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard Jones and Alma Jones; his wife Maryann Murphy; his brother Terrence Murphy (Marsha); his brother-in-law Harry McNally (late Helen); his nieces and nephews, David McNally (Judy), Dawn Gardner (Thomas) and Jackie; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kelly Porter (Gregory Jr.) and Douglas Weber (Leslie); his stepdaughter Sofia Dorsey (Richard); and also, Cierra Johnson, Breyah Johnson, Armani Kanetos, Riley Dorsey, Kennedy Dorsey and Gregory Porter, III.

Interment will take place privately. Due to the current regulations, face masks must be worn, and attendance will be limited to follow all COVID-19 guidelines.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to Samaritan Hospice at PO Box 71425 Philadelphia PA 19146 would be appreciated.
