He is survived by: his wife Nancy Czajkowski; his son James Czajskowski; his siblings, Bernice Simon (James), Mark Czajkowski (Diane) and Emily Lynch (Rick); his niece Susan Priestley (Doug); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Layla and Zoey.
