He was predeceased by: his spouse Norma A. Kaiser; and his children, Mark W. Kaiser and Anthony L. Kaiser. He is survived by: his children, Joseph F. Kaiser, Jr. and Margaret C. Bleacher; his grandchildren, Michael L. Bleacher (Amy) and Christopher N. Bleacher (Robin); his great grandchildren, Hayley and Riley; and his brothers, Albert Kaiser (late Ida) and John Kaiser (Ronnie).
