He was predeceased by: his wife Sue Thomas (Herbst). He is survived by: his children, Deborah Dunleavy of Laurel Springs, Sandra Wiggins of Florida, John A. Thomas Jr. of Costa Rica and Elizabeth Bukowski of Langhorne, PA.; his grandson Alex Dunleavy of Laurel Springs; his great grandchild AJ Dunleavy of Laurel Springs; and his sister Trudy Usilton of Clementon.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations in John's name to the Christ Community Church Missions at the above address.
