She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Muldoon and Mary Muldoon; and her siblings, Thomas Muldoon, Robert Muldoon, MaryAnn Kane, William Muldoon and Vincent Muldoon.
She is survived by: her husband William R. Smith (Reds); her daughters, Stacey Hornyak, Linda Weaver (Mike) and Megan Hornyak; her grandchildren, Richard McNemar (Ricky), Dylan McNemar, Jarod Weaver, Nathaniel DeFilippo, Angelina DeFilippo, Andrew Weaver, Brianna DeFeo and Regan Weaver; and her sister Catherine McCaughey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to the SPCA or your local animal shelter.
