He is survived by: his wife Maria Antzoulatos; his children, Eleftherios Antzoulatos of Lindenwold, Parthenopi Antzoulatos of Lindenwold and Angeliki Karbach (Jason) of Berlin; his grandchildren, Sofia and Nicholas; and his siblings, Popi Simotas, Dennis Antzoulatos, Marianthi Melissaratos and Fofo Stefanatos. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
