He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia; and his parents, Albert Hobbs and Mary Hobbs. He is survived by: his children, Judy O'Leary (Michael), Chuck Hobbs (Elizabeth) and Bill Hobbs; his granddaughters, Donna, Melissa and Erin; his great grandchildren, Shannon, Maureen, Colleen and Eli; and his close friend Joan Hackman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Charlie's memory may be made to Samaritan Hospice.
