He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Carter (DeClemente); his children, Jennifer Sander (Brian), Chrissy Capriotti (Steve), Maureen O'Gorman, Jamie Carter (Dennis) and Katelyn Carter; his stepson Christopher Davis (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Marissa, Kyle, Dominic, Patrick, Shawn, Emily, Danny of Joey, AJ, Mackenzie and Dante.

In lieu of flowers a donation in Chip's Memory to Samaritan Hospice would be appreciated.
