He was predeceased by: his wife Mildred Palochak (Berkhimer). He is survived by: his sister Terry Firestone; and his nieces and nephews, Theresa Gorringe, Marie Cann, Richard Telepan, Richard Firestone, Brian Firestone and Thomas Firestone. He is also survived by 4 great nieces and 4 great nephews.
