He is survived by: his children, Patrick Cook (Angela) and Jessica Oppmann; his wife Marilyn Cook; his great grandchild Dontay; his friend Linda Barrera; and his siblings, Harold Cook, Sharon Rabon, Sheree Steingraber and Maureen Dalton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
