He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Paradela and Delia Paradela. He is survived by: his wife Roselia Paradela; his daughter Pilar Garcia; his grandson Julian Garcia; his brother Carlos Paradela Sr. (Martha Paradela); his niece Martha; and his nephew Carlos Paradela.
