She is survived by: her husband Jerzy Bazel; her children, Tomasz Bazel (Marzenna), Wieslaw Bazel (Mahboobheh) and Sebastian Bazel (Stephanie); her siblings, Jadwiga Mlodzianowska, Wojciech Wardaszka (Krystyna) and Ryszard Wardaszka; and her grandchildren, Sebastian, Nicolette, Tomasz, Damian, Mateusz and Frank. She is also survived by her family and friends.
