He is survived by: his wife Lucille Kazlow (Rosenfeld); his children, Mindy McAulay, Todd Kazlow (Nancy Forster) and Glenn Kazlow (Maryanne); and his grandchildren, Chloe Kazlow (Todd Galvin), Kevin Kazlow (Megan Kazlow), Jillian Kazlow and Jackson Kazlow.
